Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the rollover requirements specified in the relevant promotion. Withdrawals are only permitted once the rollover conditions have been fully met. H5Winbox's standard rollover requirement ranges from 10x to 30x depending on the bonus type.
H5Winbox reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is complete. Withdrawal delays resulting from KYC checks are not considered a breach of terms by H5Winbox.
All bonuses and promotions offered by H5Winbox are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following terms apply generally to all H5Winbox bonuses unless otherwise stated:
Rollover (wagering requirement) is the total amount you must wager before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x rollover means you must place bets totalling RM 2,000 before any withdrawal of winnings from that bonus is permitted.
Bets placed on certain outcomes (such as a Tie in baccarat or bets with very low odds) may not count, or may only partially count, towards rollover requirements. Please refer to each promotion's terms for full details.
All game results on H5Winbox are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records stored in H5Winbox's database shall serve as the definitive and binding evidence, superseding all other claims.
In the event of a technical disruption, connection failure, or server issue during gameplay, H5Winbox will investigate the incident based on system records. Results generated prior to the disruption will stand. Bets left unresolved due to a technical failure on H5Winbox's end will be voided and refunded to the player's account.
